Slates

Well I'm up early today as I'm back to work.......the last week went so quick.....I will have to put in for more hols while the weather seems to be getting sunny.
The letter on HS:MS today is 'S' so I have done Slates.............I took this photo yesterday when I noticed one of the slates on my roof has slipped...so I will have to get someone up there to fix it

ATC's.....Wish you were here!!!

These are the ATC's which I made for the SSUP July swap. The theme was Summer Holidays and I have called mine "Wish you were here!!". I got a bit carried away with these ones and I've made 4, 2 for the swap, 1 stay at home and 1 spare. If anyone would like to swap me for the spare one (the one with the sun on it) please contact me.

Hooray!!! Fearne my red and white border collie has had her pups. She gave birth yesterday to 4 dogs and 2 bitches. Mother and puppies all doing well. I will post more photos and tell you more later. and here's the proud dad, Buzz

I also took a photo of my seahorse skeleton which I have had since I was about 8 years old. I can remember buying it for 2 shillings & 6 pence (old money) at a traction engine rally when I lived in Bradford-on-Avon.

Sunny Monday

Yippee!!! I'm on holiday, no work for a week and what a sunny day it has been. Our trampoline arrived last week so I have been doing a lot of bouncing....LOL....not a pretty site, but the neighbours all know I'm mad anyways and some have been coming over and joining in......so does that make them as mad as me? :-)

Gargoyle

Playing along with HS:MS the letter is 'G' so I am posting Gargoyle. I took this photo a few years ago, it's one of the gargoyles that is on Dunfermline City Chambers or the Toon Hoose as many locals call it. I think he looks like he is suffering from a hangover after a good few whiskeys... lol

Fearne is still keeping well, approximately 7 days till she has her pups. My OH has made her a new whelping box so I have been busy today giving it a coat of undercoat. Hopefully tomorrow I will get the gloss paint on it. I must post a photo of the blooming mum-to-be.....I will get one on here tomorrow..... and dad too!!

Only 3 days left at work and then I'm off for a whole week.......yipppeeeeeeeeeee....keeping my fingers crossed that the sun will shine. :-)

On HS:MS the last word ended with N so I have taken Night as my prompt. The photo below was taken in March when I got my new camera and I was playing about with it and taking photos of the full moon.

This week I have been making a Bebo, all my family seem to have one so I thought I might as well join in so I can keep up with what they are doing. I have enjoyed looking at all their photos and chatting with my nieces and nephew who I just don't get to see as much as I would like.
Fearne has only about 11 days left till she has her pups, she is getting quite big now, but she is keeping well. Just 1 more week at work then I am off for a week to be with Fearne and the pups...I can't wait!!! :)

Hands & Memory Book

Just as I was really getting into HS:MS Kirsty and Anita are having a holiday, however, they have left everyone with a follow on game. This is the first chance I have had to join in, the last word ended in 'H' so I have taken 'Hands' as my prompt. Hopefully I will have more time this week to do more photography. I have been so busy lately, not doing anything exciting though, just working and doing housework......how boring!!!

Fearne (one of my dogs) is expecting pups in a couple of weeks so I have been cleaning out her kennel and giving it a lick of paint...... just making it all nice and fresh for her. I'm getting so excited about having pups again.....and I'm having a week off work......won't be a holiday though, got to try and get the garden tidied and I want to decorate my bedroom......aaaaaaarrrrgh I need more hours in the day!!!!!! :-)

I have managed to squeeze in a wee bit of crafting this week, I made a memory book for my niece Melisssa. She was the Gala Queen at Saline Gala this year, I wasn't able to get to the Gala to see her, but her mum and nan took lots of photos. Even though it was a miserable windy and rainy day everyone enjoyed themselves. Melissa is visiting me tomorrow and I will give the book to her then, I hope she likes it....
